Sole Fitness Store proudly provide a comprehensive warranty for our esteemed customers. Our commitment includes a 5-year warranty on the frames of all treadmills, ellipticals, cycles, and rowers. Additionally, various components and labor are covered by competitive warranties, all commencing from the original purchase date, as specified in the Sale Confirmation Email.

Primarily designed for home use, most SOLE Fitness products uphold applicable warranty terms in such cases. Home use is defined as personal use within a private dwelling, while light commercial use pertains to public use in non-dues paying facilities like hotel or apartment complex workout rooms.

Sole Fitness Store is dedicated to offering new parts (at our discretion) and technical support directly to our valued customers. In instances where there is no associated dealer, Sole Fitness Store takes the initiative to administer these warranties directly to consumers.

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Alterations or upgrades beyond the product's intended use, as outlined in the user manual
  • Damage resulting from transport, abuse, misuse, failure to follow instructions, or improper use
  • Non-home use, including commercial, medical, educational, professional, or rental purposes
  • Repairs not conducted by Sole Fitness Store Technicians
  • Incidents such as accidents, lightning, water, fire, or any other causes beyond the control of Sole Fitness Store
  • Improper location, including humid, dusty, or outdoor environments, as well as uninsulated garages and garden sheds
