Additionally, various components and labor are covered by competitive warranties, all commencing from the original purchase date, as specified in the Sale Confirmation Email.
Primarily designed for home use, most SOLE Fitness products uphold applicable warranty terms in such cases. Home use is defined as personal use within a private dwelling, while light commercial use pertains to public use in non-dues paying facilities like hotel or apartment complex workout rooms.
Sole Fitness Store is dedicated to offering new parts (at our discretion) and technical support directly to our valued customers. In instances where there is no associated dealer, Sole Fitness Store takes the initiative to administer these warranties directly to consumers.

- Incidents such as accidents, lightning, water, fire, or any other causes beyond the control of Sole Fitness Store
- Improper location, including humid, dusty, or outdoor environments, as well as uninsulated garages and garden sheds
