Shipping policy

SOLE Fitness offers free delivery for all equipment orders within Saudi Arabia, excluding any remote areas. We ensure safe delivery inside your front door, garage, or apartment/office lobby. Upon order placement, you'll be notified if your order doesn't qualify for free shipping. If applicable, additional shipping costs will be communicated by a customer service representative. Unless informed otherwise, orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days, with a transit time, depending on your location as below

Despite high carrier demand due to increased online ordering in Saudi Arabia, we're committed to delivering your Sole Fitness order promptly. Orders received from Riyadh, will be delivered by our in-house logistics team. For all other locations, your equipment will be delivered via our delivery partners, and a tracking number will be communicated upon shipment. You can track your shipment on the carrier's website, and expect a call from the local carrier terminal to schedule a convenient delivery day.

Installation Information

 For equipment orders from Riyadh, installation will be provided along with delivery, unless otherwise communicated by the sales/customer service representative. For all other locations, once the equipment is delivered, you can connect with our sales/customer service representative to schedule a technician for installing the equipment and it may take approx. 1-3 Business Days for the technician's visit.

 Installation shall be free of charge for orders received from Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. For orders received from locations outside these provinces, additional charges shall be applicable which shall be communicated by our sales/customer service representative.
