All SOLE treadmills boast the sturdiest chassis and motors in their class. Starting with powder-coated all-steel welded frames and robust stable inclines, we incorporate industrial-grade motors with large-diameter, all-steel zinc-coated balanced flywheels to ensure a vibration-free, secure running/walking surface. Why do we include a flywheel with our motors? Flywheels help the motor run cooler with less amp draw and prolong the motor's lifespan. They also enable us to offer a starting speed of .5mph or 1mph. SOLE also utilizes much heavier flywheels compared to its competitors, delivering the fluid motion you're accustomed to at the gym or on treadmills that cost thousands more.
CONSOLE FEATURES-Specialized Workout Programs
You have the option to choose from 10 challenging programs, each designed to address different fitness goals. Whether you're focusing on cardiovascular endurance with "Fat Burn" or muscle toning with "Strength," each program is tailored to its specific objective. The Manual and User Defined programs offer flexibility for users of all levels, allowing them to customize their workouts according to their preferences. Furthermore, the User Defined program conveniently stores profiles for two users, making it easy to access their preferred workout settings.

SOLE takes pride in providing integrated message boards on most of our models. The SOLE Message Board is an alphanumeric text center that sends scrolling messages to guide users through every aspect of their workout. If you've ever wondered how to set up a user profile workout, simply push the user profile button, and the message board will walk you through the process. Think of it as having someone right beside you, reading from the owner’s manual, guiding you through each function of the treadmill.
